Eligibility Rules

All raffle participants must be:

• physically in the State of Oregon at the time of purchase, and
• at least 18 years old to purchase tickets and/or win

A maximum of 250 total tickets will be sold. Ticket sales end on February 21, 2025 at 12:00pm. The drawing will take place on February 21, 2025 at 1:00pm at the Maurice Lucas Foundation office located at 7555 SW Hermoso Way Suite 100, Tigard, OR 97224. Winner will be contacted by telephone and email. 

 The winner does not need to be present to win. The total prize is valued at $3000.
