Our annual event supports Maurice Lucas Foundation's comprehensive Academy Program for Portland-area students. From a student’s start in middle school through their high school and college years, the Maurice Lucas Foundation Academy is there every step of the way. We challenge our students to do their best in life and the classroom and coach them for measurable academic progress. Students explore opportunities and dreams and celebrate their strengths. Every success and achievement is a building block in amplifying the resilience of each student.

The Maurice Lucas Foundation is committed to putting kids first, whatever they need, encouraging them to reach their full potential.

Because of ongoing concerns surrounding COVID-19 we have shifted our 11th Annual Maurice Lucas Foundation Celebration to a virtual event. Please join us online for an incredibly powerful and inspiring program celebrating our shared commitment to empowering Portland’s youth.
